Refund Policy

The Socrate Institute of Hotel Management aims to maintain transparency regarding fee payments and refunds. By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. Non-Refundable Registration Fees
1.1 Registration fees paid at the time of admission are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
1.2 This policy applies to all programs offered by the institute.
2. Exceptions
2.1 In exceptional cases, the institute may refund 20% of the registration amount, provided the refund request is made within 5 days of the registration payment date.
2.2 Requests submitted after this 5-day period will not be eligible for any refund.
3. Refund Request Process
3.1 Students must submit a written refund request via email or in person, along with proof of payment and valid identification.
3.2 Refund requests will be reviewed by the institute’s management team, and the decision will be communicated within 7 business days.
4. Processing Time
4.1 Approved refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days from the date of approval.
4.2 The refund will be made via the original payment method or an alternative method agreed upon during the refund process.
5. Important Notes
5.1 Administrative charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the refundable amount and communicated to the student before processing.
5.2 Refunds are not applicable in cases where the student voluntarily withdraws from the program after the commencement of classes.
5.3 The institute reserves the right to deny a refund request if the circumstances do not meet the specified criteria.
